Coffee drinking has been a feature of ‘everyday’ life for far longer than we imagine. Naturally, the people who make great coffee, the Baristas, have been there for their patrons all along – it’s just that we haven’t realised it!
Now, after years of intensive research (aided by a little creative interpretation), we can reveal where and how the art of ‘Baristology’ all began, and how it developed over the years
